Orders Must Be Checked and Signed

Someone over 18 must be available to accept your delivery. Valid ID will be required on receipt.

You may find it easier to use a business address or workplace to ensure delivery can be signed for. If no one is present, or if the person receiving the order is under 18, the delivery will be returned.

Firework Returns and Damages

We hope you will not need to return a product, but if you do, please send it to:

If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time. We will then arrange for our specialist courier to safely collect the faulty fireworks. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any transport packaging. Refunds will be processed once the goods have been inspected at our premises.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within seven working days, starting the day after you receive the goods. To request a cancellation, you must notify us in writing, either by letter or email, within this period.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of return. For fireworks, returns must be arranged through our specialist hazardous goods courier, which will be at your expense. If you do not arrange this, we will recover the goods and deduct the courier cost from your refund.

You have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Once the goods are returned and inspected, we will refund the amount paid, minus a 10% restocking fee and any collection charges. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

If the goods are faulty or not as described under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we will cover the cost of returning them.

Important Delivery Dates

We guarantee delivery for Bonfire Night, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve if you order before the deadlines below:

  • Bonfire Night: Order by midday on 30th October
  • Christmas: Order by midday on 19th December
  • New Year’s Eve: Order by midday on 26th December

Orders placed after these dates may still arrive on time to certain addresses, but please check with a member of staff before ordering to avoid disappointment.
